Repair service

If there is an unexpected problem with a product we have supplied, just contact your contractual partner within the warranty period.

Otherwise, we will be happy to assist and advise you.

We offer you processing of repair and warranty orders for our products. Maintenance, repair and safety checks for all RK-AHT products are performed quickly and efficiently.

Our services:

• Short processing times, in general within just a few working days (plus transportation times)
• Binding quotation: This way you know how much a repair costs in advance
• Fair repair costs which reflect the actual outlay
• Inspection of every machine or component to make sure it is fully functional and electrically safe
• Documentation with inspection plate as per DGUV regulation 3 on request
• Warranty of 12 months for repair work
• If repair is no longer possible or proves uneconomical, RK-AHT customers automatically benefit from attractive offers for new equipment.

Our opening hours:
Monday - Thursday: 07:00-12:00 and 12:45-16:00
Friday: 7:00-13:00.
